The countdown clock at the top of the official WHU website

Apparently it is counting down to 3pm on Saturday 13th August 2016 - does anyone here know the significance of that date?
At first I was wondering if it was the first home match of the next premier league season, but surely they don't know the date and time of that yet ...?
I've tried searching on google and on the website itself, but haven't found any info about it.
