I need tower ideas!

As the title says, I need some tower or the like recommendations! Im looking to put up a 40-50’ tower on my parents property. This tower will mostly be used for mounting USIP Access Points to, but I’ll end up throwing an antenna or two up there as well because why not! What’re some good value towers that are easily serviced? I’ll climb if I have to (I climb truss as part of my job) but I really don’t like it. I’m thinking something Telescoping or Fold-Over. Hit me with some ideas. TIA!
