Now that the... incident, that was the best word for it Hope supposed, had calmed down, at least to the level in which they were simply waiting to hear from the strike team as to what was going on, Hope took his opportunity to speak. He had been waiting days for this chance to talk with the Shipmaster, to ask him about this Serene girl, if he had any idea of what was happening.
Turning to face the Shipmaster from the holotable, Hope spoke, "Shipmaster, if I may, I have some things to discuss with you in private."
