ElDewrito not saving my settings?

Hey all, not sure what the issue seems to be, but I edit my Name, and then launch the game, change my gfx settings and exit after it prompting me to restart game, but nothing is saving at all whatsoever.

I don't remember this being an issue 4-6 weeks ago last time I played the older release.

I have an R9 270X Hawk GPU with factory overclock, and I can also max out BF3 ect fine but this game seems to not be very consistent on the FPS. I was trying to set the gfx lower to see if that helps, but since it isn't saving them I have issues.
