Mexican/Incan/Mayan Style Silver Cuff Bracelet with Sterling mark and unknown Hallmark

UPDATE: After doing some research the Eagle (hallmark) has the number 4 on it. But the JC seems to be the actual hallmark and I still can't find it!

Sterling Silver Bracelet Cuff with hinges between each plate and a push button type closure. Each link of the bracelet has a sun with a face and a symbol facing towards the sun on either side, as well as a patterned background.

Possibly Vintage - On the reverse side there is a possible maker's mark. On the buckle it says Sterling0925 in a circle print with a symbol or lettering between. Could be JC or anything else.
