I have very long hair (around one metre). I've been using only conditioner for the last few years, but realised recently that one of the conditioners I used actually contains silicone.
I have since found a replacement, and changed my routine after a shampoo wash (horrible feeling). My hair is now easy to clean and stays clean longer than before it seems, but it doesn't quite have the same shine it used to.
So, any advice what I can do to my hair to get it even better - easy to brush, shiny and beautiful? Budget and time are limited, if it's too much effort or too expensive I just won't bother doing it most likely since it's still pretty ok the way it is.
