What’s causing my hair to smell sour??

So recently I started noticing my hair will sometimes smell “sour” like when you live clothes in the washer for too long. The first time it happened I didn’t think much of it. The second time it happened I was like man is it my pillow? Is it my hat? Is it my microfiber towel? Smelt everything and nothing.

I’ve been double washing my hair, I’ve done clarifying, shampoo with pureology and deep condition with amika, so when I get out my hair smells AMAZING…

Well it’s only been like 24 hours earlier today I noticed this weird smell again. So I’m coming here to ask if anyone knows what could cause this, and/or if anyone can let me know on some of the hair products I’ve been using interchangeably.
