I'm a 29F with very fine blonde hair. I take a medication that causes night sweats, I would sweat so badly that I would soak through my shirt so I learned to not wear a shirt to bed haha.
But I think that because I have so much hair it causes my night sweating to not target my scalp per se, but my scalp is wet to the touch when I wake up. It causes my hair to get oily super quickly, makes it look unkempt and the sweat is sticky so my hair loses any softness.
I only wash my hair once a week because I am trying to grow it out and have it produce less oil but so far, it hasn't really mattered.
Dry shampoo works for a day and then I sweat/oil right through it.
Any suggestions on what I can use to keep my hair looking/feeling less grimey?
Sorry if I worded something odd or didn't explain well enough, I have a migraine so my sentence structure is suffering haha.
