Tilda Swinton from Only Lovers left alive has my dream hairstyle. I have pretty thick and dense hair like hers, although I recently took thinning shears to it so it lacks volume (never again). I can tell her texture is very dry, puffy, stringy.. I straighten my hair every few days after I was and put dry shampoo in but my hair volume almost always deflates and doesn't stay even with hairspray. It also gets "silky" quick (not oily just shiny and soft) which doesn't help styles stay. I've tried teasing throughout the hair and that just makes it frizzy and lacks volume around the root regardless. Someone help! This super straight, voluminous ultra messy frayed style is exactly what I'm going for. What products do you reccomend?
