Don't know what else to use

So I've been getting waxed for close to a year and been dealing with red bumps on my thighs (not strawberry legs) I've tried almost everything cortizone cream, Gigi no bumps days after, using glycolic one day and CeraVe cream the next, after 3 weeks it should be cleared also it's been over a month since my last waxing on my upper legs🤷
