Does anyone have any experience with this bleach kit?

I’ve grown out most of my natural dark brown 2c hair. I plan on bleaching my whole head closer to a ashy blond to platinum so I can eventually put different colors on top including some pastel colors which is why i would prefer going closer to platinum. I have this box leftover when I was originally going to do it. Would this work? Or should I get something else and some toner. I’ve never bleached my whole head. I’ve only lifted my color or sections of my hair.
