Questions about rapidly thinning (fine, and curly) hair

Post Body

So, to start, I’ve had blood work done and it’s not a hormonal issue. My doctor doesn’t seem very concerned, but I can’t shake my worries. I’m 25 years old and female with fine curly hair and have been losing what I feel is a sizable amount of hair. To the point where I’d been asked if I tried parting my hair differently... nope. Just not enough hair. I have tried different shampoos, I’ve tried taking a biotin supplement, and I’m really just at a loss. I’m becoming very self-conscious of the fact that my hair is so thin you can see my scalp in places when it’s pulled back. I try to leave it down, but as I work in a nursing home, when I’m working it has to be back and out of my face.

Hair hasn’t been dyed/fussed with color-wise in years, and I get it trimmed every couple of months or so.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, tears in front of the mirror are starting to really mess with my days.
