Advice for greying in 20s

Hello,

I'm 28 and going grey around my face.

Nowhere else thankfully! I've been doing semi permanent over all my hair every 3-4months with a permanent root touch up in between. The pics you see and when I need to redo, a little red toned at the moment.

What could I do? My hairdresser suggested a moneypiece but because I have medium/dark brown hair, I didn't feel like myself with blonde framing my face.

Anyone got tips? I've attached 3 photos from today, and one of my colour when it's freshly done.
