Need help on first time bleached hair

Hi everyone so Im a brunette with thick wavy hair, I told my stylist I wanted highlights and she did a foyalage ( i think its called? ) on my hair bleaching and toning some of it. It looked soft and amazing for a week until I did my weekly wash/shampoo/condition/blow dry. Now the ends looks very frizzy and im extremely scared i messed my natural hair up and need to get some crazy long chop :( first time ever coloring my hair. I bought Redken bonding leave in conditioner for damaged hair it comes on monday but should i send the pics to my stylist and schedule a trim for the ends :( ???
