Gamepass Cross-saves…. Steam to Switch Possible?

I wasn’t expecting to love this game so much so I just played it on game pass but now that I love it so much I wanna play it on my switch and the cross say functionality is only for steam or epic games. Is there anyway to get my save data from game pass on to either steam or epic games so that I can then transfer it to my switch? All the guides on how to convert game pass save data to steam save data seem old and outdated.
