Adamant rail?

So hey, I've been playing a lot of Hades II lately and decided to come back to Hades I to buy every decoration and cosmetics and I have a problem. I like all the other weapons and the Fists are my favourite by far, but I just always hated Adamant Rail. And I don't just dislike any particular aspect or anything, I just hate it's gameplay in general.
So could you guys maybe recommend some ways or builds to make the Rail more fun? Cheers.
