Looking for a network monitoring tool

Hello. As the title says, I want to monitor all the traffic from/to my machine. I need an open-source tool that will generate logs containing all IP addresses and URLs from/to my machine. I plan to use these logs to integrate them with Wazuh. I need a very simple to set and configure tool. Looking online for possible candidates, I found very heavy software (looks like I would have to start learning a new tool just for this and I don't want to go that way). Any suggestions? Thank you.
