I have a ZT tablet. I found that I need help clearing.

So I have a ZTE tablet I found this connected to AT&T digital life and it is asking me to enter a username and password but I can’t because I don’t have that. I’m looking to clear this tablet completely so I can use it for other reasons is that possible and if so, how, you in advance for your answers and your time
