My brain (my inner voice) is telling me to break my old habits. When I'm bored I am eager to find ways to get myself busy and be better with new patterns. Yes, I have those moments recently (my self-awareness is so high) whatever it takes to conquer myself. Like, I have to drink water at least 1.5L to 2L a day or a quick cold shower upon waking up. I wonder what are yours?
Do you have any inputs on how to develop or rewire a new mindset and figure it out to get this done?
