Hey fellas, just got a quick one regarding sales in the field. The way things are now, with the virus it's kinda hard to sell anything except u.v. lights, but my boss has been on my ass since I started trying to get me and the other tech to sell more (time delays, caps, u.v. lights etc...) but I'm not really finding my groove with it yet. The actual work is great, I love being a technician even though I'm inexperienced, but I want to be more valuable as an employee and try and sell a little better. Any tips for a noob?
