Should I find another job?
Post Body

So today my friend told me the company he is with is looking for helpers, and Its closer to home. I figured that i should be looking for better opportunity whenever I can, but the shop I'm with is offering the same thing, however I am concerned that I'm learning the wrong way to do things. I don't want to be the guy that switches companies all the time, but I also want to make this into my professional career because I genuinely enjoy the work. The shop I'm at is just 3 guys right now. Me my boss and his lead tech, but the new guy seems to not know what he's doing most of the time and every other day we go to callbacks cuz of his work. I'm not trying to sound like a dick, but he really is unprofessional in every sense of the word, and I have to watch YouTube videos all day again instead of having a teacher in person. I want to learn, not change parts all day. so what do you guys think?
