hello, again! I posted several weeks ago asking about doing geothermal plus radiators. After reading your great advice, I have decided to get rid of the radiators and go with geothermal for heating and cooling.

I've started getting estimates from a few different companies, and need to decide whether or not to get a zoned system. I have a finished attic in addition to first and second floor, and have plans to finish the basement. So, the system would be zoned basement/1st floor and then 2nd floor/attic.

Any thoughts about whether or not to get a zoned system? I've been getting some conflicting information about whether zoning a) reduces the life of the system, b) reduces efficiency, and/or c) makes the house more comfortable/a more consistent temperature.
