What do you pack for lunch when its really hot out

I want to cut down on eating out, not only is it expensive but, I usually don't have time to stop, I am buying a pretty nice cooler but, I am looking for ready to eat options, that don't rely on heating since the microwaves in the gas stations near me are nasty.
