Good morning gentlemen, quick question for you all’s.
I’ve been working for mechanical contractor for the last two years, and I’m starting to realize that while I still have many areas I can grow and improve in in terms of my performance as a technician, the way this company is run, and the attitude held by the leadership are seriously hampering my desire to stay in the trade.
Should my boss have me registered with the state as an apprentice if I want all these hours to have counted towards my license?
