As an hourly employee, should they not pay me for the time they request from me? They want to implement a drive time policy wherein the technician doesn't start getting paid until 60 miles into the drive to the first job and most clock out at the last job before you head home unless you're more than 60 minutes away but you have to clock out once you're within 60 miles of your residence.
