Hey everyone, I'm taking a web design class and I'm making a website for a business I started a bit ago for paracord and other projects. I want to have a page for custom orders and want to do check boxes and a submit button, I have the checkboxes and everything up on the site right now. But for the life of me I can't figure out how to get it to submit, if you want to check out what I have the website is www.theparaproject.com. first time building a full website this will not be the homepage just had to get a page up for the class, homepage is in production now and will be up soonish.

Thanks for any help on this! Also any criticism is helpful too!
