I have a question where I would like opinions. I have been diagnosed with HSV2 for a year now. I have not had any self love or love of any kind within the year. I’m terrified to do it cause I read I could spread it to other parts of my body.. I really enjoyed self love when needed and I feel like I need it more than ever to get myself back on track and accepting my body even more. I know a lot of my issue is my anxiety from it but what’s y’all’s take??
