Safe to Say This is a Severe OB

Post Body

My first OB. First showed symptoms 11 days ago last Tuesday with itchiness and a small sore. They quickly started scabbing and I thought it was nothing, got tested on the Thursday anyways to be safe. That weekend it came back with a vengeance. Multiple sores, itchiness intensified. I didn’t start my valacyclovir until a week into my OB because I didn’t have a diagnosis yet, so I’ve been taking it for 5 days now. I haven’t had any improvement yet. In fact, the nerve pain in my left leg is worsening. It aches constantly in my hip, groin and quad, and it hurts to the touch, feels like I have a sunburn. When will this end! Did not expect this. I really hope the recurrent OB’s aren’t anywhere near as severe, and I certainly hope they’re not very frequent.
