I’m trying to establish a timeline of when I got this dreadful virus and who I got it from. I got symptoms 2 days after sex with a regular partner, but she claims she hasn’t had sex with anybody but me in over a year. I don’t trust her to be honest. But, I did have sex with 1 other girl in the same week. That girl reacted how I would expect someone to react when I told her I was positive - upset, crying (mostly feeling bad for me), but also upset that she may have given it to me without knowing she had it. I’ve also had sex with her plenty of times in the last few months. But, the girl who I think I got it from (the girl I slept with 2 days before symptom onset), had a completely different reaction when I told her. She was unexpectedly calm as a cucumber, and it didn’t phase her much. This, to me, makes her look more guilty. I think she’s lying to me about who she’s been with recently. Also, I wore a condom with the other girl and not with her.

I ask this question because is it possible that I got this virus from somebody else other than these two? I slept with a 3rd girl like 3-4 months ago, but obviously that’s more unlikely. But maybe it was dormant all that time? If not, it’s obviously one of these two girls, both of which don’t have any symptoms which is extremely frustrating.
