Post Body

I've been living with hsv2 for about a year and a half now, and only have had breakouts every now and then. I was prescribed valacylovir (a low dose I think? ) and was told I thought to only take them when I feel a breakout about to happen or when I notice a sore already and to continue taking them until I saw the outbreak or sore was gone, but I've been thinking should I be taking it or something else every day? What do you all do? Just curious.
