Not really sure what to do, did 7 day triple therapy after testing positive on a stool test

The dull left sided pain in my abdomen (between belly button and ribs) feels worse and really flares up as the day progresses.

I constantly feel light headed and I'm now producing the most disgustingly smelly farts constantly, especially after dinner. I had a lot of gas before but they didn't actually have much odour.

My stomach hurts with hunger pangs merely hours after eating. Constantly growling

Always tired with fatigue

Bags under my eyes

I had these symptoms beforehand but they are now amplified.

My doctor told me they don't retest for Hpylori for a year due to false positives. He also doesn't seem to think this bacteria would give me an ulcer. He's now put me on ppis for a month

I just want to be healed. I'm moving in with my long distance partner next week and I'm absolutely horrified that she will have to live with the farting man of Europe. This isn't cute or sexy.
