Hello, everybody!
I took Amoxicillin, Metronidazole, Bismuth, PPI and probiotica for 2 weeks. Now I only take one PPI a day and probiotic. I eat homemade kefir, garlic, and I still don't eat sweets, dairy, gluten and industrial food. I do feel a bit better, but it's not all good. I still have sudden need to poop, or I can't go. I get occasional cramps and I bloat a bit. Do you have any advice? What to eat or take now?
