Mushy stool and hemorrhoids on treatment, is that normal?

Post Body

I've been taking Metronidazole (Orvagil), Amoxicillin, PPI and Bismuth (Ulcamed) as well as two probiotics as my new doctor suggested. I've had mushy stools for with food and mucus for days as well as burning in the anus while pooping, but yesterday was the worse. I've been to the toilet about 15 times and had false urgency a few times more. My hemorrhoids are over the roof. The doctor is dismissing this and saying that I ate something bad and I know I didn't, because I make all of my meals from scratch. I have duodenitis and SIBO as well. Did this happen to someone else?
