Hello everyone, hope all are having a wonderful Wednesday.

A little more than a week ago, /u/mlatu315 made a thought-provoking prompt that I wrote a small response too. I originally had no intention of expanding it but I hit a rut on my other main project and haven't quite found the tone for my new one. I've been having some tougher times lately and this prompt sat on my mind so I decided to try and write it out. It became something a lot larger than intended, but I hope people like it and it still captures the tone of the prompt reply.
