Harry develops a magical form, but not a kneazle, pheonix, or dragon. Harry's form is something he can relate well to after having lived at the Dursley's. Harry is a house elf.
Being able to apparate invisibly around the school is useful though and the elves know all of the secrets including what the triwizard tasks will be. Mistress Hermy will be really pleased with all he is learning about house elf culture.
No, that's not right. Missy Hermione. No no Hermione will be excited to hear about all the stuff he has learned.
