I have been looking for this fic for AGES!

It’s manipulative/evil Dumbledore for sure. All i remember is that Harry was being obliviated by Dumbledore and he slowly recovers his memories somehow. There was a flashback where we see that he met Daphne and her family in the zoo (from book1) and they recognise who he is, then Dumbledore shows up and obliviates him. Daphne’s father tried to intervene but not sure what happened then. Harry doesn’t remember Daphne for years in Hogwarts and she is very upset. I think Dumbledore was also obliviating him before when he did some accidental magic or tried to break free or learn about magic. He might have even encouraged the Dursleys to abuse him.
