Except in this world, wizard and witches don’t exist. He still has his magic, and wand and can use them but thats it. There are also people who have magical potential but are unaware of it. Hogwarts does not exist and is a ruin.
All the characters and people he knows from his universe are alive and live as muggles.
He is back in his 4-5 year old self, and has a sister and James and Lily are also alive
He now needs to either leave this dimension or stay and teach magic to an entire world.
