I’m writing a Slytherin Harry fic, where Harry dislikes Hagrid and has no interest in the 3rd floor corridor. So no Norbert the dragon, no teas with Hagrid and no midnight duel, and Harry also does not care about the break in at Gringotts and is not friends with Hermione or Ron.

I did have Harry end up on the third floor and at Fluffy that mirrored the movie, where the staircase moves and he accidently ends up there. Turns out it was actually Dumbledore who cast a spell on the staircase and told Filch to patrol the third floor, so as to force Harry to face Fluffy to spark his interest, but Harry still does not care.

How could the end of year 1 and the whole philosopher’s stone fiasco play out in this setting?

I’m kind of stuck with a writer’s block and could appreciate some ideas.
