Snape adopts/becomes guardian to Harry (and later Draco too) following death eater attack- Anyone recognise this?

In this fix, Snape becomes the guardian to Harry following a savage death eater attack. Iirc, Lucius stabs Harry in the eyes with needles, leaving Harry to later become depressed, self harm and attempt suicide. Draco also ends up living in Snape’s quarters. Any one have any ideas?
