Things that are technically not in the books but people put in most fanfics that for one reason or another you just love so now you think of it as canon.

For me it has to be Alice being Harry’s god mother and lily being Neville’s god mother. Just love it lol

And, Dumbledore having an obsession with sweets( definitely in the books, but fanfics take it to a whole new level and I’m all for it, just imagine sneaking out of your common room and seeing Albus trying to sneak out of the castle unnoticed to get more sweets because McGonagall put him on a diet 🤣)
