Time travel Harry. Keeps memories but not power.

Basically all time travel fics have Harry some super star prodigy. And like being able to cast super powerful spells when he’s a first year.
I’d love any fanfics where he has all the knowledge of his adult/future self, but not any of his power.
So like he’ll know the theory behind stuff but he’s not powerful enough to cast it yet. He could totally use future knowledge he learns to make it so he gets more powerful quicker but just not Merlin at 11 😆.
Complete and long is best.
