He is sick of hearing them use the word mudblood. So he creates an intense curse over the world. Anyone who utters the word mudblood(with intent to cause harm/be bigoted) will have their blood slowly turn to mud. He of course tells noone. It goes slow enough that noone notices for a few weeks, getting maximum victims. It has no cure.
