Harry is the hogwarts champion-goblet of fire.

Ok so one of the main reasons people(mainly the staff) started believing that Harry might’ve been entered against his will was that Cedric was chosen as Hogwarts champion so they were able to say that obviously powerful magic was needed to confuse the goblet. But what if Cedric wasn’t chosen, what if Harry was THE ONLY Hogwarts champion, what would happen, would people believe him?
Are there any fanfictions like that???
