In it, Harry and a bunch of others (Hagrid, Fleur, Daphne, Tracey, Blaise, Luna, the goblins and others) flee to Westeros either to escape the destruction of earth, or to escape prosecution by the muggles i can’t remember. Point is, they flee via a ship of sorts.

They then make some sort of a base on an island and begin to branch out.

At one point, Harry sends Hagrid north to lead an expedition. Harry also eventually has a child from Daphne.

Tracey puts Littlefinger under the imperius and controls him.

Later the twins also end up in the GOT world in Essos in the desert and are found by Dany.
