So about fanon Syltherins stick together in public...

Post Body

How does that work, practically. In the fics that use it, they exclusively have it about why someone doesn't correct someone else on spewing blood purity nonsense. But what if someone states something else? Like, one morning some Syltherin yells all morning about how much they love sucking donkey dick.

Does this mean for the rest of the day, all the other Syltherins have to nod politely and talk supportively of sucking donkey dick? Also is it just first come first serve on opinions? So does that mean if you want pro muggleborn Syltherin, gotta be the first one to outside of the common room to talk about muggleborns and be positive, so noone can contradict you?

Why is this made up policy exclusively a reason to not call out bigotry or cheating and never about anything else

Edit: I'm getting down voted in a way that makes me wonder if people think I'm making a real criticism/statement. This was mostly well intentioned humor. Tropes are tropes, not good or bad, this is just poking fun at one.
