Manipulative Dumbledore and Indy Harry but it's all positive

Dumbledore hatches elaborate schemes to make everyone happy. Folks call him a Chessmaster, but fondly. Harry goes full indy because he thinks Dumbledore works too hard and he wants to make people happy so Dumbledore can relax. Dumbledore though does everything in his power to stop Harry, because Harry is a kid who had an unfortunately rough childhood and who should really just have fun with his friends.

There even is a scheme in which Harry finds out the Weasleys have been sneaking him potions that would fortify his body and make the Dursleys forget about him during the summer, which he is so mad they wouldn't tell him so he could pay them for the ingredients. Plus turns out Molly knows about the money he sneaks into her wallet and puts it into his vault! Also when will Ron stop being stubborn and just, use Harry's fame to get ahead! Harry doesn't mind. Also it was just, so sweet of Dumbledore to realize Hagrid probably forgot how to tell him about the platform and had a loving family be a little obvious for him.

He of course has multiple lordship and tons of wealth. And he uses these powers to form alliances...to try and get enough votes to make the wizarding britian a democracy. Because votes shouldn't be on birth. Plus uses his wealth to comission thousands of trunks thst are acually homes and ends homelessness. Because with magic, there is little need for poverty. Everyone gets a house with enough land around it to grow food. All inside a trunk.

With Harry ending poverty and abolishing the lordship system, the purebloods don't have enough power to help Voldemort enough and Harry has inspired so many people the Death Eaters and Voldemort all die from being attacked by the populace. Turns out everyone in the Wizarding World carries a deadly weapon that can send spells that can kill anyone, no matter how strong, instantly. So long as they can mean it. And they really mean it.
