So I bought a Victus laptop
Post Body

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_8115552-8115596-16 this is the one I bought. I'm wanting to do a max out upgrade. Now the problem is HP says it's only upgradable to 32 gb of ram and 1 TB of hard disk space. But when I run a crucial upgrade scanner on it it says it can be upgrade to 64 Gb ram and 4TB SSD.. I talked to crucial support about it they said that laptop had a bios update and it would take the larger amount HP says nothing about this. Thoughts on this any one ?
