Games keep running great and then crashing out of nowhere

I have the victus 15 with the ryzen 5 7535hs. Don’t know jack diddly or squat about computers but my games will be running wonderfully and then crash out of nowhere with the exception of helldivers 2, hasn’t crashed on me once 😅 anyone got any ideas on what might be causing it?
