Getting rid of post cryotherapy scar

Hi everyone hope you’re all doing well . Long story shorty I got my surgery about a month ago and have healed pretty well but now have a reddish/pink scar on my anus where one of my biggest warts was . Are there any products that help with the discoloration ( maybe imiquimod ??) cause it’s very noticeable and I’m a a dark sinned black guy so it sticks out like a sore thumb.
