Told that need Purchase PDF ( even after doing the reg on the web site ) to get a replacement mark 2 cable . told them that i lost the email when my install of windows 10 died and had to do a reinstall ..
said that using diffrent email now.. and forgotten the password and other details on the old one..
pre-ordered it from HP Direct before it went on general sale so waited a long time for it..
said that they should have my mobile phone details along with name and address ( sent them a picture of the box the headset came in with the HP sticker and the name and address on it )
and said to contact by phone ( to give another email address ) or to forward the Purchase PDF to the mobile .

However we do not have the Invoice attached for validation, i Will not be able to get the invoice as I am from HP technical support team.
Either you are person who purchased the headset has to get the same from the reseller, without invoice we will not be able to validate and proceed further.

Now how hard would it be to type in the name address to find the details of a sale
pre-ordered it from HP Direct before it went on general sale
and contact the person ( i think i gave my mobile number ) or snail mail so that person can get a replacement cable and use his last four months of cover ( hopefully not )
im sorry that i thought i was covered after doing the reg online and would not need the PDF..
